THE JOURNEY BEGAN WITH SKYLINE CHESS
The company was founded in 2013. With a shared passion for architecture and design, Ian and Chris set out to create a range of chess sets that celebrated the world's most iconic city skylines. Their first set, featuring the buildings of London, quickly gained attention and acclaim from chess enthusiasts and design aficionados alike. They soon followed up with sets featuring New York, Paris, and other major cities.
NEW DESIGN IDEAS AND VISION
After the success of Skyline Chess, Ian and Chris were eager to explore new design ideas and expand their vision. They founded Neochess, a new company that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern design to create a range of contemporary and stylish chess sets. With Neochess, Ian and Chris are pushing the boundaries of what a chess set can be, creating pieces that are not only functional but also beautiful works of art.
